Welcome! I’m Emily [she/her] and I’m really glad you’re here. I began life as an inquisitive and joyful child. However, over time, as many of us do, I learned to turn away from my inner knowing and fell in line with social convention. I followed the path of university, marriage, and career, co-created two children and a very successful company. It was having children of my own that set me on a path to rediscovering myself and liberating that bold girl who had been tucked away for years. My passion is in supporting people who want to get back to their inner knowing. It brings me great joy to be a part someone’s journey of living life from that raw, alive place inside. To help them truly live fully!
