A one-on-one session is a great way to get your feet wet. Together we will explore your desires and discover what motivates you for real change. We'll dive right in and discuss what’s holding your back from living your life with purpose and intention. We’ll explore your desires along with what motivates you, while taking into consideration any barriers along the way. With my guidance you’ll be able to picture what a fulfilling life could look and feel like. I’ll offer guidance based on your areas of strength and opportunities to empower you to move forward towards the life you’ve always desired.

One-on-one session are 1 hour and available as needed.

The Emerge Package is designed to get you in tune with yourself and on the right track to living out your life with intention. With my guidance and the right tools, we’ll co-create a three-month plan (two sessions per month) that gets you on the right path to living a fulfilled life. We’ll get clear on who you really are, what your life purpose is and what you want from all areas of your life, personally and professionally. We’ll structure each session around your goals and your areas of opportunity. The Emerge package is ideal for someone who is a self-starter and feels comfortable exploring new ventures on their own. This package includes six one-on-one sessions, resources and email/phone access. Allow yourself three months for this journey.

The Transform Package is the whole shebang. Together we will design your road map to more growth, more fulfillment and more freedom in weekly one-on-one sessions. The Transform Package is ideal for someone who needs a little more assistance and guidance to stay focused on their vision. This package includes 12 one-on-one sessions (four sessions per month for three months), resource and email/phone access. Allow yourself three months for this journey.
